The LIFE Programme is the only financial instrument of the European Union dedicated exclusively to the environment and climate action.
Since 1992, more than 900 LIFE projects have been approved in Spain (5,400 across the EU), with a total budget of €1,555 million and an EU contribution of €781 million (€9,000 million across the EU, with a total EU contribution of more than €6,500 million).
LIFE supports large and small public and private entities established in Europe.
The LIFE 2023 call will open in mid-April and can be accessed on the Funding & tender opportunities portal.
Calls for the Clean Energy Transition Sub-programme are expected to be published in mid-May.
On 25-26 April, CINEA will organise virtual information sessions to guide applicants.
A virtual information session dedicated to the specificities of the calls for the Clean Energy Transition Sub-programme will take place in early June 2023.
