On the occasion of World Soil Day, we are sharing a contribution from the Region of Murcia to respond to the challenges of sustainable management of our soils, with the support of the European Union. This document includes projects that focus on different problems affecting soil health, funded by different EU programmes (Horizon Europe. Life, ERASMUS, PRIMA, COST), and in which different public and private stakeholders from the Region of Murcia participate. Knowledge, talent and experience of the regional research and innovation ecosystem contributing to the improvement of soil health and the promotion of sustainable soil management practices, in order to preserve biodiversity, combating climate change, and promote sustainable and resilient agri-food systems.
